絮凝氧化法处理退浆废水

Treatment of desizing wastewater by flocculation and oxidation

摘要:

退浆废水源于印染企业退浆工序,是印染厂废水COD的主要来源。其具有水量大、水温高、pH高、有机物浓度高和可生化性低等特点。采用絮凝与Fenton氧化法相结合的方法处理退浆废水。试验筛选出聚硅酸硫酸铝作为絮凝剂,并确定了絮凝与Fenton氧化相结合处理退浆废水的适宜条件;经絮凝—Fenton氧化两步处理,退浆废水的COD由17850mg/L降到了780mg/L左右,色度由原来的1500倍降到了60倍,总COD去除率>95%,总色度去除率达到96%。

Abstract:

Desizing wastewater comes from desizing process in printing and dyeing enterprises. It contributes the majority of COD of printing and dyeing mill wastewater,and is characterized by high water volume,temperature,pH,and concentration of organic matter and low biodegradability. Desizing wastewater has been treated by combining flocculation with Fenton oxidation. A suitable flocculant PASS is selected through experiments,and suitable conditions of treating desizing wastewater by flocculation and Fenton oxidation are determined. Through the combination of flocculation with Fenton oxidation method of two-step processing,the COD of desizing wastewater drops from 17 850 mg/L down to 780 mg/L,the chroma drops from 1 500 times to 60 times. The total COD removal rate is over 95%,and the total chroma removal rate reaches 96%.
