海绵铁对酸性媒介黑T废水脱色的研究

Study on the decolorization of acidic mordant black T with sponge iron

摘要:

通过批量实验,分析了采用海绵铁处理酸性媒介黑T废水时反应时间、海绵铁粒径、pH、海绵铁投加量对酸性媒介黑T脱色效果的影响。实验结果表明,海绵铁对酸性媒介黑T具有较高的脱色率,最高可达98%以上。反应时间的增加有利于提高脱色率,最佳反应时间为30min。酸性条件有利于海绵铁对酸性媒介黑T脱色,海绵铁的脱色率随着粒径的增加呈递减的趋势。在研究脱色效率的基础上,通过紫外可见光谱和XRD分析了海绵铁对酸性媒介黑T的脱色历程及海绵铁反应前后的表面化学特征变化。

Abstract:

The decolorization of mordant black T wastewater with sponge iron has been investigated through batch experiments. The influential factors of it,such as reaction time,sponge iron particle size,pH and the dosage of sponge iron on decolorization efficiency are analyzed. The experimental results demonstrates that mordant black T could be effectively decolorized with sponge iron,and more than 98% decolorization rate could be obtained. The decolorization rate increased with the increase of reactive time,and the optimal time is 30 min. The acidic condition can improve the decolorization rate,and the decolorization rate decreases with the increase of particle diameter. Based on the study of decolorization efficiency,the surface chemical characteristics of sponge iron before and after reaction are analyzed with UV-Vis spectrum,and X-ray diffraction (XRD).
