微电解-UASB-MBBR处理中药提取废水研究与应用

Research on the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine extracting wastewater with micro-electrolysis-UASB-MBBR process and engineering application

摘要: 采用微电解-UASB-MBBR工艺对中药提取废水进行处理,对工程设计参数进行了探索。结果表明:当微电解水力停留时间为4 h,UASB COD容积负荷为3.0 kg/(m3·d),MBBR水力停留时间为20 h时,经混凝脱色后的出水水质达到《中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21906-2008)中新建企业水污染物排放限值要求,且工艺运行效果稳定,费用较低。

Abstract: The combined process,micro-electrolysis-UASB-MBBR,has been applied to the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine extracting wastewater,and the parameters of engineering design investigated. The results show that when the micro-electrolysis hydraulic retention time is 4 h,COD volume load of UASB 3.0 kg/(m3·d),and MBBR hydraulic retention time 20 h,the water quality of the coagulated and decolored effluent meets the requirements for the water pollutant discharge limiting value in China newly built enterprises,specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants from Pharmaceutical Industry of Chinese Medicine Category(GB 21906-2008). The running effect of this technology is stable,and its investment costs are low.
