煤化工高含盐废水资源化处理技术的工程应用研究

摘要: 针对目前国内煤化工高含盐废水资源化处理技术现状,对其预处理除杂技术和末端蒸发结晶盐技术进行了探讨,对国内高含盐废水零排放项目所采用的工艺技术路线进行了梳理。结合工程案例对预处理除杂、蒸发结晶的实际运行效果进行了应用研究,并对高含盐废水资源化处理项目的工艺选择提出了建议。

Abstract: Aiming at the present status of the recycling treatment technology of high salinity wastewater in coal chemical industry in China,its pretreatment impurity-removing technology and terminal evaporation crystal salt technology are discussed,and the technical routes on the process used in the high salinity wastewater zero discharge in China teased out. Based on a case study,the application research on the actual running effects of the pretreatment impurity removal and evaporative crystallization is accomplished,and the suggestion on process selection of the high salinity wastewater recycling treatment project proposed.
