摘要: 某钢铁有限公司采用超滤+反渗透的双膜法对钢厂中水进行处理回用。调试过程中利用SDI值考核超滤产水能否符合反渗透进水要求,结果发现,SDI值一直保持在5以上,不满足反渗透进水要求。对此,从反渗透进水和超滤产水2个断面出发分析了SDI值偏高的原因。结果表明,测试方法(如气泡的存在)和测试水质(如浊度偏高)本身均会影响SDI测定结果的准确性。当SDI值出现不达标时,可从以上两方面进行分析并逐一排查。

Abstract: The double-membrane method,ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis,has been used for treating and reusing the reclaimed water in an iron & steel Co.,Ltd. In the debugging process,the silting density index(SDI) value has been used for checking up on whether the ultra-filtration produced water can meet the reverse osmosis(RO) influent requirements or not. It is found from the results that the SDI value always keeps constant at 5 above,it cannot meet RO influent requirements. Therefore,in terms of RO influent and ultra-filtration produced water,the reason why the SDI value is on the high side is analyzed. The results show that detection methods(such as the existence of air bubbles) and detection water quality(such as the turbidity is on the high side) themselves can affect the accuracy of SDI detection result. If the SDI value does not reach the standard,the two aspects mentioned above can be analyzed and investigated one by one.
