摘要:
简述了某化纤有限公司12000m3/d污水处理工程,其废水主要由高温、高酸度的酸性废水(其中一部分还含有高浓度的Zn2+)和含硫化物、高浓度有机物的碱性废水组成.针对酸碱废水的不同性质,采取物化+生化处理工艺对其进行处理,对废水中的COD、SS、Zn2+、硫化物等物质的去除率分别达到了92.4%、91.1%、94.9%和100%.出水稳定地达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中的一级排放标准的要求.

Abstract:
The wastewater from a 12 000 m3/d wastewater treatment engineering in a chemical fiber Co.,Ltd.,is mainly highly acidic with high temperature and part of it contains highly concentrated Zn2+.The other part of the it contains highly concentrated organisms and some alkaline sulfide. Aiming at the different properties of the acid-base wastewater,the physiochemical+biochemical process has been used. The removing rates of COD,SS,and Zn2+and sulphide reach 92.4%,91.1%,94.9% and 100%,respectively.The effluent water is stable,meeting the demands of the First Grade Standard of the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge(GB 8978—1996).
