抚顺石化公司石油二厂中转站污水处理

摘要:

采用溶气气浮/水解酸化/生物接触氧化/沉淀/过滤工艺处理抚顺石化公司石油二厂中转站综合污水,介绍了主要工艺参数和特点.调试运行结果表明,该工艺对COD和石油类的去除率分别达到93.7%和99.7%,出水水质达到了《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)基本项目标准限值Ⅳ类水的水质指标.

Abstract:

The dissolved air flotation/hydrolysis acidification/biological contact oxidation/sedimentation/filtration processes have been applied to the comprehensive wastewater treatment of the transfer station of the Second Plant,Fushun Petrochemical Co.The design parameters and features of the main processes are introduced.The results of debugging and operation show that the removal rates of COD and oil in the processes are 93.7% and 99.7%,respectively.The effluent water quality reaches the water quality indexes of the Ⅳ kind water of the basic item standard limited values of Environmental Quality Standard of Earth Surface Water(GB 3838—2002)
