摘要:

系统介绍了目前炼油废碱液主要处理方法的原理、优点和不足,揭示了炼油废碱液处理技术的发展趋势及相关技术途径,最后针对炼厂在减少炼油废碱液排放总量、炼油废碱液处理工艺的选择及现场设备管理等方面的工作提出了建议和措施。

关键词: 炼油废碱液, 脱硫, 催化湿式氧化法, 生物处理

Abstract:

The mechanisms, advantages and disadvantages of the primary alkaline residue treatment processes at present are systematically introduced. And the development trend of alkaline residue treatment processes and relevant technical approaches are revealed. At the end, some suggestion and measures are given aiming at the reduction of the total quantity of alkaline residue discharged from refineries, the selection of alkaline residue treatment processes and the management of field treatment equipment.
