Research on using H-103 macroporous resin for treating benzoic acid in wastewater

摘要:

研究了H-103大孔吸附树脂处理苯甲酸废水的最适合的工艺条件。在苯甲酸质量浓度为3 000 mg/L时,最佳吸附条件为:温度为室温,pH=2,动态吸附流速为7BV/h;最佳洗脱条件为:体积分数为95%的乙醇用量为80 mL。静态吸附后苯甲酸的去除率为78.7%,动态吸附后其去除率为99.98%,树脂的反复使用性能良好。

Abstract:

The best conditions of treating benzoic acid wastewater with H-103 adsorptions resin have been studied.The results show that when the benzoic acid mass concentration is 3 000 mg/L,the optimum adsorption conditions are at room temperature,pH=2,and the dynamic adsorption velocity of flow is 7 BV/h. The most desorption condition is that the dosage of 95% ethanol should be 80 mL. After static adsorption experiment,the removal rate of benzoic acid is 78.7%,but after dynamic adsorption experiment,its removal rate is 99.98%. The reusable capability of the macroporous resin is good.
