A method for distinctively improving the efficiency of polyaluminium chloride application

摘要:

提出了一种使聚合氯化铝(PAC)增效的廉价的方法。使用专利机械产品,在PAC中复合0.3%的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)几秒钟后立即投入印染废水中时,可显著提高COD、氨氮的去除率约20%,并使铝残留量显著下降。研究认为:由于复合PAM使PAC产生了凝聚,在凝聚未消失之前及时投放到污水中就相当于提供了足够多形成沉淀的晶核,使形成的沉淀微粒更多,则表面积更大,所以对印染废水的处理能力增强。

Abstract:

A simple and low-cost method for distinctively improving the efficiency of polyaluminum chloride (PAC)application has been presented. The patented equipment is used for compounding 0.3% of polyacrylamide (PAM) in PAC. After a few seconds, the complex flocculant is put into printing and dyeing wastewater. It is shown that the removal rates of CODCr, and ammonia-nitrogen are distinctively increased about 20%, and the amount of residual aluminum is sharply decreased. It can be concluded that: coagulation occurs to PAC because of the complex PAM.Putting it into the wastewater in time before the coagulation not disappears means to supply enough crystal nuclei for forming more precipitated particulates, making larger surface area. Thus, its treating capacity of printing and dyeing wastewater is enhanced accordingly.
