无磷循环冷却水处理药剂的研究开发

Research and development on non-phosphorus circulating cooling water treatment agents

摘要:

针对上海石化循环水系统排污水磷含量超标排放的问题,通过阻垢、动态、配伍性等试验,确定了以聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)为主要成分的无磷药剂配方。动态试验证明,无磷药剂配方具有较好的缓蚀及阻垢性能,可替代磷系配方在循环水中应用。

Abstract:

According to the problem of excess phosphorus-containing effluent discharged from the Shanghai Petrochemical Co. circulating water system,the non-phosphorus agent formula whose main component is polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA) has been determined through experiments,such as scale inhibition,dynamics and compatibility etc. Dynamic test proofs that non-phosphorus agent formula has good corrosion and scale inhibition performances that can be applied to circulating water,taking the place of phosphorus based formulations.
