介绍了宁夏石化公司第二套大化肥循环水系统设备、水处理单元操作等方面的现状,分析了影响浓缩倍数提高的主要原因,探讨了提高浓缩倍数运行的可行性,提出了循环水节水思路。

Abstract:

The status quo of the circulating water system and water treatment unit operation in the Second Great Fertilizer Plant, Ningxia Petrochemical Corp. is introduced. The main reasons influencing the increase of concentra-tion cycle are analyzed. The operation feasibility of increasing the concentration cycle is discussed. At the end, the concept of water saving for circulating water is brought forward.
