摘要:

采用水解酸化+生物接触氧化+溶气气浮工艺处理高浓度的啤酒废水,出水CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N、TP、SS的去除率分别为93.4%、97.2%、92.0%、99.6%、97.2%,达到国家《啤酒污染物排放标准》(GB19821—2005)的要求。该工艺具有投资省、水质水量适应范围广、运行稳定、剩余污泥量少等优点,具有很好的推广价值。

Abstract:

The process of hydrolysis acidification+bio-contact oxidation+dissolved air flotation has been applied to the treatment of beer wastewater with high concentration.The results show that the removal rates of CODCr,BOD5,NH3-N,TP,SS is 93.4%,97.2%,92.0%,99.6%,97.2%,respectively,which meet the requirements of Beer Pollutant Discharge Standards(GB 19821—2005).The process is characterized by low investment,wide adaptive range of water quality and quantity,stable operation,less residual sludge and so forth,which has a very good value for promotion.
