Pilot study on the integerated process treatment for industrial complex wastewater

摘要:

针对某工业综合废水污染物浓度高、水质波动大、难降解、不易生化处理的特点, 提出了化学除磷+气浮除油+水解酸化+前置反硝化曝气生物滤池处理工艺流程, 并通过中试研究对处理流程以及各个处理单元的运行参数进行了优化, 使其出水达到国家一级A排放标准的要求。该研究为以该类工业综合废水为主体的污水处理提供了可行的工艺技术, 并为同类污水处理厂的升级改造工程提供了理论参考和数据支持。

Abstract:

The industrial complex wastewater is characterized by high pollutant concentration, frequent water quality fluctuation, difficult degradation and biochemical treatment, a process flow of chemical dephosporization+gas float deoil+hydrolysis acidification+prepositive denitrification aerated biological filter treatment has been proposed. The treatment process and operation parameters of all units are determined, through pilot study. The results show that the effluent has met the requirements of National First Grade A Discharge Standard, providing feasible technology for the industrial complex wastewater treatment and theoretical reference and database for the upgrading reform engineering of similar wastewater treatment plants.
