铁氧体法处理高浓度化学镀镍废水的研究

Study on the treatment of highly concentrated electroless nickel plating wastewater by ferrite process

摘要:

采用铁氧体法对青岛某电子厂产生的高浓度化学镀镍废水进行了预处理研究。通过正交实验考察了pH、m(FeSO4·7H2O)∶m(Ni2+)、n(Fe2+)∶n(Fe3+)、反应温度和搅拌时间对废水中Ni2+去除率的影响。单因素优化实验结果表明:当pH为10.50左右, m(FeSO4·7H2)∶m(Ni2+)=21, n(Fe2+)∶n(Fe3+)=0.55, 反应温度为30℃, 搅拌时间为15 min时, 废水中Ni2+质量浓度从4 212.5 mg/L降至10 mg/L以下, 去除率达到99.75%以上, 该预处理方法为镀镍废水的后续深度处理奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:

The electroless nickel plating wastewater from an electronics factory in Qingdao has been pretreated by ferrite process. The main effects of pH, m(FeSO4·7H2O)∶m(Ni2+)、n(Fe2+)∶n(Fe3+), reaction temperature and stirring time on the removal rate of Ni2+ from the waste liquid are investigated through orthogonal tests. The results of single factor optimization experiments show that the concentration of Ni2+ is reduced to 10 mg/L from 4 212.5 mg/L, and the highest removal rate is 99.75%, when pH is around 10.50, m(FeSO4·7H2O)∶m(Ni2+)、n(Fe2+)∶n(Fe3+)= 0.55, reaction temperature and reaction time are 30℃ and 15 min respectively, laying pretty good foundations for the sequent advanced treatment process.
