Treatment of high-concentration copper-containing wastewater by roomtemperature neutralization ferrite process

摘要:

通过实验研究了铁氧体法处理高浓度含铜废水的工艺条件。结果表明:在pH=10.0、n(Fe2+)∶n(Cu2+)=10、n(Fe3+)∶n(Fe2+)=1.5∶1、反应温度为30℃、搅拌时间为15 min的条件下,处理效果最佳。铜的去除率可达99.95%左右,处理后的废水中的Cu2+可从1 600 mg/L左右降至1 mg/L以下,达到GB 25467—2010的间接排放标准。对沉淀进行酸洗、水洗和干燥处理,EDS和XRD分析结果显示在此条件下能生成稳定存在的铜铁氧体。

Abstract:

The technological conditions for the treatment of highly concentrated Cu2+containing wastewater by ferriteprocess have been studied through experiments. The results show that the best treatment efficiency is achieved underthe following conditions:pH=10.0,n( Fe2+ );n(Cu2+)=10,n(Fe3+);n(Fe2+)=1.5∶1,reaction temperature=30 ℃ andstirring time=15 min. The highest copper removing rate is around 99.95% and the concentration of Cu2+in the treatedwater is reduced from about 1 600 mg/L to less than 1 mg/L,reaching the indirect discharge standard stipulated inGB 25467—2010. EDS and XRD analyses show that after precipitation has been treated by pickling,washing anddrying,stable copper ferrite generates under such conditions.
