摘要: 研究采用两段沉淀法处理含氟尾气和废水及固废减量化技术,一段沉淀以理论量95%~105%石灰乳为沉淀剂,将含氟废水中的95%以上的氟离子沉淀除去;二段沉淀以理论量150%~200%的石灰乳为沉淀剂,并用盐酸调节pH至中性,两段沉淀后的废水F-质量浓度为8~12 mg/L。该项技术具有沉淀剂用量少、沉降速度快、过滤性能好、滤饼含水率低和固废量少的优点,值得进行推广应用。

Abstract: The two-stage precipitation technology used for treating fluorine-containing exhaust gas and wastewater, and the solid waste reduction technology have been researched. In the first stage precipitation,a theoretical amount of 95%-105% of lime milk is to be used as the precipitant,to remove more than 95% of fluorine ion pre-cipitation from F- containing wastewater. In the second stage precipitation,a theoretical amount of 150%-200% of lime milk is to be used as the precipitant,and hydrochloric acid is to be used for adjusting the pH to neutral. Af-ter the two-stage precipitation,the wastewater F- mass concentration is 8-12 mg/L. The advantages of the technol-ogy are as follows:less precipitant dosage,quick settling speed,good filtration performance,low moisture content of filter cake and less solid waste. This two-stage precipitation technology is worthy popularizing and applying.
