摘要:
利用微纳米气泡结合臭氧氧化技术处理污泥,考察不同因素对污泥减量化效果的影响。结果表明:在O3质量浓度为30 mg/L,20℃,处理55 min后,微纳米气泡和普通气泡处理后污泥减量率分别为15.0%、5.3%左右,SVI降至109、115.5 mL/g,CST降至18.1、20.3 s,MLVSS/MLSS降低至0.55、0.60,pH降低至6.18、6.52。一定程度上提高臭氧浓度或降低污泥初始浓度有助于提升减量效果。

Abstract:
The sludge was treated by micro-nano bubbles combined with ozone oxidation technology. The effects of different factors on sludge reduction were investigated. The results show that under the condition of O3 concentration 30 mg/L, the treatment temperature 20℃, and the treatment time 55 min, the sludge reduction rate after micro-nano bubble and ordinary bubble treatment is about 15.0% and 5.3%, while the SVI, CST, MLVSS/MLSS and pH are reduced to 109 mL/g and 115.5 mL/g, 18.1 s and 20.3 s, 0.55 and 0.6, 6.18 and 6.52, respectively. Increasing the ozone concentration to some extent or reducing the initial concentration of sludge helps to increase the reduction effect.
