Study on dye wastewater treatment by biomimetic functional membrane

摘要:

以超滤膜为基底,碳纳米管、漆酶为添加剂,采用物理吸附和混合过滤方法,制备仿生功能膜(BFM)。结果表明,采用20 g/m2CNT和74.6 g/m2漆酶制备的BFM,在转速100 r/min和跨膜压差(TMP)0.1 MPa的运行条件下,具有最佳吸附、过滤及酶促降解特性,染料平均去除率高达94%;通过扫描电镜观察,BFM具有稳定均匀的多孔结构和高抗污能力。本研究表明,BFM是一种具有应用潜力的水处理功能化膜材料。

Abstract:

Biomimetic functional membrane(BFM) was prepared by physical adsorption and mixed filtration methods, using ultrafiltration membrane as base membrane and CNT and laccase as additives, and then it was used to treating dye wastewater. The results showed that BFM prepared with 20 g/m2 CNT and 74.6 g/m2 laccase could achieve the best adsorption, filtration and enzymatic degradation under the operating conditions of 100 r/min and 0.1 MPa, and the dye average removal rate reached 94% above. With SEM results, BFM had a stable uniform porous structure and strong anti-fouling ability. BFM is a functional membrane material for water treatment with potential applications.
