Treatment of bisphenol A wastewater by laccase immobilized on hollow zeolite microspheres

摘要:

漆酶(LAC)能够有效催化氧化废水中多种难降解的有机污染物,但其游离态不够稳定,且难以回收再利用。采用动态晶化法合成了一种由MWW结构纳米片交错共生而成的分级孔空心分子筛微球(HZM),并将其用于LAC的固定化。结果表明,通过戊二醛(GA)交联法可将LAC固定于氨基功能化的HZM上,固载量可达198.6 mg/g,酶活性回收率约为52.4%;与游离态LAC相比,固定化LAC对酸度和温度敏感性降低,储藏和操作稳定性有明显提升;固定化酶循环使用8次后,仍可保留初始活性的50%以上;固定化酶对双酚A废水的催化氧化效果令人满意。

Abstract:

Laccase(LAC) can effectively catalyze the oxidation of a variety of organic pollutants in wastewater,but its free state is unstable and difficult to recycle and reuse. A hierarchical hollow zeolite microsphere(HZM) composed of interleaved MWW nanosheets was synthesized and used for the immobilization of LAC. The results showed that LAC could be immobilized to amino functionalized HZM by glutaraldehyde(GA) cross-linking method,with a loading content up to 198.6 mg/g and an enzyme activity recovery about 52.4%. Compared with the free LAC,the sensitivity of immobilized LAC to acidity and temperature decreased,and the storage and operation stability significantly improved. The immobilized enzyme could retain more than 50% of the initial activity after 8 cycles. The catalytic oxidation effect of immobilized enzyme on bisphenol A in wastewater was satisfactory.
