二硝基苯胺类农药生产废水预处理及伴生废物减量

摘要:

通过酸析—铁碳微电解—Fenton氧化组合工艺对二硝基苯胺类农药生产废水进行预处理,并对工艺参数进行优化。酸析处理最佳工艺条件:pH为2.0;铁碳微电解最佳工艺条件:m(Fe):m(C)为2,投加量2.0 g/L;Fenton氧化处理最佳工艺条件:pH为2.5,H2O2投加量为293.8 mmol/L,无需额外投加Fe2+。经预处理后,废水COD从24 610 mg/L降至2 543.4 mg/L,去除率达89.7%。BaCl2和PAM的投加可降低酸析废物的含水率,将酸析废物减量33.0%。

Abstract:

Dinitroaniline pesticide wastewater is pretreated by the combined process of acid precipitation-Fe/C micro electrolysis-Fenton oxidation. The parameters of the treatment process are optimized. The optimum condition of acid precipitation is pH 2.0. The optimum condition of micro electrolysis treatment are m(Fe):m(C)=2, the dosage 2.0 mg/L. The optimum conditions of Fenton oxidation are:pH 2.5, dosage of H2O2 293.8 mmol/L. No additional Fe2+ is required. After the pretreatment, the COD of the wastewater decreases from 24 610 mg/L to 2 543.4 mg/L, and the removal rate reaches 89.7%. The moisture content of the acid precipitation waste can be reduced by adding BaCl2 and PAM, which can reduce the acid waste by 33.0%.
