活性炭对典型染料的吸附性能研究

摘要:

研究了活性炭对亚甲基蓝、甲基橙、中性红的吸附特性。结果表明,活性炭吸附3种典型染料的qt~t、qe~pH、qe~T曲线趋势基本上是一致的,活性炭对亚甲基蓝染料的吸附能力最强。另外,活性炭对3种染料的吸附行为均符合Langmuir等温吸附和准二级动力学方程,其中,内扩散过程是活性炭吸附亚甲基蓝的速率控制步骤,但不是吸附甲基橙和中性红的速率控制步骤。

Abstract:

The adsorption effect of activated carbon on methylene blue,methyl orange and neutral red has beenstudied. The results show that the q t -t,q e -pH and q e -T curve trends of methylene blue,three kinds of typical dyesabsorbed with activated carbon are consistent basically. The adsorption capacity for methylene blue dye is thestrongest,followed by methyl orange and neutral red. In addition, all the adsorptive behavior is in accordance withLangmuir and pseudo-second-order kinetics equation, and the process of internal diffusion is the rate controlling stepin the adsorption of methylene blue,but not that in the adsorption of methyl orange and neutral red.
