Research on the treatment of Ni2+-containing wastewater by ferrite co-precipitation process

摘要:

通过实验研究了铁氧体法处理含镍废水的工艺条件。结果表明, 在pH=9.0、n(Fe2+)∶n(Ni2+)=2、温度为70℃的最佳条件下, 镍的转化率可达99.0%以上, 废水中的Ni2+可从100 mg/L左右降至0.47 mg/L, 达到排放标准。

Abstract:

The technological conditions for the treatment of Ni2+-containing wastewater by ferrite process have been studied. When the best treating conditions are as follows:pH=9.0, n (Fe2+)∶n (Ni2+)=2, and temperature=70 ℃, the conversion rate of Ni2+ could be more than 99.0%, and the concentration of Ni2+ could be lowered from 100 mg/L to 0.47 mg/L, reaching the discharge standard.
