循环冷却水系统高压静电离子棒抑垢缓蚀的试验研究

Experimental study on the scale and corrosion inhibitions capacities of the high pressure electrostatic ionic bar in circulating cooling water systems

摘要:

循环冷却水系统的结垢与腐蚀一直是火电厂需要解决的主要问题。针对这一现状,简要介绍了高压静电离子棒的工作原理,通过试验对高压静电离子棒的抑垢、缓蚀性能进行研究。试验结果表明:高压静电离子棒具有较好的抑垢与缓蚀作用,在循环冷却水流量较低时,静电离子棒的抑垢效果相对较好。

Abstract:

The main problems need to be solved at thermal power stations has always been scale and corrosion inhibitions in circulating cooling water systems. Aiming at this,the working principles of high pressure electrostatic ionic bar is introduced briefly. Based on experiments,the scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition capacities of the high pressure electrostatic ionic bar are studied. The results show that it has pretty good scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition capacities. When the flow of circulating cooling water is low,its scale and corrosion capacities are relatively better.
