摘要:
某石化公司生产废水经过深度处理后用作循环冷却水, 根据其水质特点, 通过旋转挂片腐蚀试验法和碳酸盐沉积法, 筛选出6组复合缓蚀阻垢剂, 它们对A3碳钢的腐蚀速率均符合中石化规定的0.075mm/a的要求, 对碳酸钙的阻垢率达到了95%以上, 优于国家标准和中石化标准, 最后结合电化学的方法考察了各复合缓蚀阻垢剂的极化曲线特性, 验证了动态缓蚀实验结果。

Abstract:
After being treated, the wastewater from a petrochemical corporation has been used as circulating cooling water. According to the water quality characteristics, through rotary coupon corrosion test and carbonate precipitation process, six groups of complex corrosion and scale inhibitors are chosen. The corrosion velocity of A3 carbon steel accords with the requirement promulgated by Sinopec 0.075 mm/a, and the carbonate scale inhibiting rate reaches 95% or above, better than the National Standard and the Standard of Sinopec. At the end, the polarization curve characteristics of various complex corrosion and scale inhibitors are investigated by combining electrochemical process. The results of dynamic corrosion tests have thus been verified.
