UV254在炼油废水深度处理中的效果预测

摘要:

以深度处理的炼油废水为样品, 探讨了UV254(以蒸馏水为参比空白)与COD、油含量的关系。试验结果表明, UV254与COD、油含量呈良好的线性关系;采用多项式拟合技术, 可得到UV254与COD、油含量更为精确的关联式。因此UV254可粗略预测该炼油废水的深度处理效果。方法具有操作简单、快捷等优点, 可作为工艺调试及日常运行的监控参考。

Abstract:

Based on the samples of refinery wastewater treated by advanced method, the relationships of UV254 and COD/oil concentration are discussed. The results showthat UV254 has linear relationships with COD/oil concentration. Using polynomial fit technique, the more accurate equations of UV254 and COD/oil can be obtained. Therefore, UV254 can be used as a predictive index of advance treatment effect of refinery wastewater. Its operational advantages are simple and fast and can be taken as reference to technical debugging and operation monitoring.
