聚天冬氨酸阻垢效能方程的研究

Study on the equation of scale-inhibiting efficiency of polyaspartic acid

摘要:

建立了pH<8.32范围内的聚天冬氨酸(PASP)阻垢效能方程:η=1.12ρ(PASP)/[exp(pH-7.04)-0.77+ρ(PASP)]。分析结果表明, 该方程精度高, 可靠性好, 收敛于1.12。表达式改写为ρ(PASP)=η[exp(pH-7.04)-0.77]/(1.12-η), 可预测PASP用于循环冷却水阻垢剂时的药剂投加量。

Abstract:

The equation of scale-inhibiting efficiency by using polyaspartic acid(PASP)has been established in the range of pH<8.32. It is given by η=1.12ρ(PASP)/[exp(pH-7.04)-0.77+ρ(PASP)]. The analytical results show that its precision and reliability of the equation are good, and the point of converging is at 1.12. As a scale-inhibitor, the amount of PASP in circulating cooling water could be forecasted by the equation, then it is rewritten as ρ(PASP)=η[exp(pH-7.04)-0.77]/(1.12-η).
