摘要:
双膜工艺广泛应用于污水的深度处理与回用中,但其排放的浓水盐含量高、可生化性差,处理难度极大。采用自制的催化剂及其臭氧催化氧化反应器处理炼油废水反渗透浓水取得了良好效果。探讨了臭氧催化氧化工艺条件对浓水处理效果的影响。结果表明,在最佳处理工艺条件下,处理后的出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)中的一级标准,且催化剂的比表面积、孔结构等均未发生变化,未出现新的晶相,催化剂没有失活。

Abstract:
The double membrane process has been applied to the advanced wastewater treatment and its reuse. Since the concentrate discharged has high salinity and poor biodegradability,it is very hard to be treated. Very good efficiency has been obtained by using a kind of home-made catalyst and its catalytic ozonation reactor for treating the reverse osmosis concentrate of oil refining wastewater. The effect of catalytic ozonation technological conditions on the treatment of the concentrate is discussed. The results show that under the optimum technological conditions,the treated effluent meets the requirements of the first class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978—1996). Furthermore,the specific surface area and pore structure do not have any changes,new crystalling phase does not appear and the catalyst has not been deactivated.
