铁镁复合改性粉煤灰的制备及其脱色性能研究

Study on the preparation of Fe-Mg composite modified fly ash and its decolorization capacity

摘要:

以硫酸亚铁和硫酸镁为粉煤灰改性剂,通过聚合反应制备了铁镁复合改性粉煤灰,研究了原料配比对改性粉煤灰脱色性能的影响。用改性粉煤灰对模拟印染废水和实际印染废水进行了脱色处理,结果表明,脱色过程中絮体生成快、大而密实、易于泥水分离,模拟印染废水和实际印染废水的脱色率均大于90%。

Abstract:

Fe-Mg composite modified fly ash has been prepared by polymerization,with ferrous sulfate and magnesium sulfate as modifiers. The effects of the ratio of ferrous sulfate,magnesium sulfate,sulfuric acid and fly ash and other factors on the decolorization capacity of modified fly ash are discussed. The simulated dyeing wastewater and the actual dyeing wastewater are decolorized with the modified fly ash. In the decolorizing process,the floc forming speed is fast,the floc size is large and dense,and the decolorized dyeing wastewater is easy dewatering. The decolorization rates of the simulated dyeing wastewater and the actual dyeing wastewater are more than 90%.
