水解酸化-接触氧化-絮凝沉淀工艺处理印染废水

Hydrolytic acidification-contact oxidation-flocculation and sedimentation process for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment

摘要:

采用水解酸化-生物接触氧化-絮凝沉淀工艺处理印染废水。在进水COD、BOD5和SS分别为640~1 230、160~382、164~322 mg/L的情况下,出水质量浓度分别为64~92、9~24、34~60 mg/L,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准。最佳水力停留时间为9 h,当容积负荷为6 kg/(m3.d),系统对COD去除效果较好。废水处理成本为1.28元/m3,经济效益明显。

Abstract:

Hydrolytic acidification-bio-contact oxidation-flocculation sedimentation process has been used for treating printing and dyeing wastewater.When the concentrations of COD,BOD5 and SS are ranged from 640-1 230, 160-382,164-322 mg/L,respectively,and the effluent concentrations of which are 64-92,9-24,34-60 mg/L,respectively.The effluent result reaches the first grade Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).Its optimal HRT is 9 h.When the volumetric loading rate is 6 kg/(m3·d),the COD removing effect is better.The wastewater treatment cost is CNY 1.28/m3,having obvious economic benefit.
