NaCl+FeCl3改性沸石在再生水处理中的应用研究

Application of NaCl and FeCl3modified zeolite to recycled water treatment

摘要:

为了提高沸石对二级出水中各污染物质的去除能力,对天然沸石进行了NaCl+FeCl3热改性处理。改性后,在最佳吸附条件下,沸石对氨氮、总氮、总磷、COD的去除率可分别达到96.3%、95.4%、69.9%、69.8%。改性沸石脱氮除磷的吸附等温线更加符合Freundlich模型;由扫描电镜和成分分析可知,经过NaCl+FeCl3改性后的沸石,组成成分发生了相应变化,微孔结构充分拓展。

Abstract:

In order to improve the removing effect of zeolite on various pollutants from secondary effluent water,natural zeolite has been treated by NaCl and FeCl3salt thermal modification. After the modification and under optimal conditions,the removing rates of NH+4-N,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and COD could reach 96.3%,95.4%,69.9%,and 69.8%,respectively. Modified zeolite adsorption curves are more in line with Freundlich model. Known from scanning electron microscopy and component analysis,corresponding changes occur to the components of the zeolite,and its porous structure is fully extended,after the zeolite is modified by NaCl+FeCl3process.
