摘要：

以黏胶纤维为原料制备了高收率活性炭纤维。磷酸氢二铵预处理可使黏胶纤维的炭化收率由20%提高到44%，提出了磷酸氢二铵预处理提高黏胶纤维炭化收率的机理。以水蒸气为活化剂，当活化温度为950 ℃，活化时间为30 min 时，所制活性炭纤维的比表面积可达1 680 m²/g。开发了活性炭纤维净水器，并考察了其净化效果，研究结果表明： 该活性炭纤维净水器具有很好的净水效果， 出水COD_Mn为0.88 mg/L， 远优于GB 5749—2006 规定的COD_Mn≤3 mg/L 的要求。 ［

Abstract:

Activated carbon fiber（ACF）with high yield has been prepared from viscose rayon fiber. The carbonization yield of viscose rayon fiber can be greatly increased from 20% to 44% by the pretreatmen of adding （NH₄）₂HPO₄ to rayon fiber. And the mechanism of increasing the carbonization yield of viscose rayon fiber by （NH₄）₂HPO₄ pretreatment has been put forward. Steam is used as activator. When the activating temperature is 950 ℃ and activating time 30 min，the ACF specific surface area of the prepared activated carbon fiber can reach l 680 m²/g. The prepared ACF can be used as adsorbent in water purifier. Thus，the activated carbon fiber purifier has been developed， and its purification effect investigated. The results show that water purifier based on ACF shows good effect on water purification，and the COD_Mn of effluent can reach 0.88 mg/L，far less than 3 mg/L of the requirement prescribed in the Standard GB 5749—2006.
