摘要:

对内循环厌氧生物反应器(IC反应器)处理碱法草浆综合废水进行了实验研究。结果表明:在反应器稳定运行过程中,当水力停留时间为7 h,CODCr容积负荷为10~20 kg/(m3·d)时,CODCr去除率达到69%~73%,产气率可达0.40~0.45 m3/(kg·d);经过一定时间的驯化,反应器能适应含漂白废水的综合废水,对有机氯化物有一定的去除能力。通过调节进水CODCr、流量,对反应器进行了近20 d左右的负荷冲击实验,结果表明,该反应器对进水浓度、流量的突变冲击具有较强的适应能力。

Abstract:

The treatment of alkaline straw-pulp comprehensive wastewater by using the internal circulating anaerobic bio-reactor has been studied. The results show that in the course of stable operation of the reactor,when the hydraulic rention time is 7 h and CODcr. volume load is 10-20 kg/(m3.d) ,the CODcr. removing rate can reach 69%-73%,and gas generating rate can reach 0.40-0.45 m3/(kg·d). Through domestication for a certain period of time,the anaerobic bio-reactor is seasoned with the comprehensive wastewater containing bleaching agent. It has certain removing capacity for organic chloride. Through adjusting the influent CODcr.and flow rate of the reactor, load impact tests have been carried out for nearly 20 d. The results indicate that the system has strong adjustability to the sudden changes of influent concentration and flow rate.
