摘要:

研究了超声波、絮凝剂、超声波联合絮凝剂强化污泥脱水的效果。结果表明,单独采用超声波处理时,双频超声波的污泥脱水效果优于单频超声波;单独絮凝剂处理时,硫酸铝的污泥脱水效果优于硫酸铁和聚丙烯酰胺。超声波联合絮凝剂处理时,投加硫酸铝和超声波处理同时进行的污泥脱水效果最佳,正交回归优化超声时间(X2)、絮凝剂投加量(X2)、超声功率(X2)三者之间的线性关系为Y=0.864+0.13X1+0.09X2+0.01X3+0.03X1X2

Abstract:

The effect of ultrasonic,flocculants,and ultrasonic combined flocculants on reinforced sludge dewatering has been studied. The results show that the sludge dewatering effect of dual-frequency ultrasonic is superior to that of sludge dewatering effect of single-frequency ultrasonic,when ultrasonic treatment is used solely. The sludge dewatering effect of aluminum sulfate is superior to that of ferric sulfate and poly acrylamide,when flocculant treatment is used solely. The experimental results of reinforced sludge dewatering effect of ultrasonic combined flocculants show that the sludge dewatering effect of adding aluminum sulfate and having ultrasonic treatment simultaneously is the best. The linear relationship among orthogonal regression optimization of ultrasonic time (X1),flocculants dosage (X2) and ultrasonic power(X3) is Y=0.864+0.13X1+0.09X2+0.01X3+0.03X1X2.
