酸改性活化粉煤灰处理直接紫-N染料废水实验研究

摘要:

对原状粉煤灰进行酸改性活化,考察了最佳改性试剂和最佳改性时间等因素作用下的粉煤灰对直接紫-N染料废水处理效果的影响.结果表明,在最优实验条件下,酸改性粉煤灰对废水COD和色度的去除率均较高,分别达87.8%和98.4%.利用粉煤灰处理直接紫-N染料废水具有成本低、节约资源的优势,而且能达到以废治废的目的.

Abstract:

The original fly ash has been acid-modified and activated. The influences of the acid-modified and activated fly ash which was acted on by the factors,such as optimum modified reagent,optimum modifying time,etc. on the treatment results of direct violet-N dyeing wastewater are investigated. The results show that under the optimum conditions,both of the removing rates of wastewater COD and chroma by acid-modified fly ash are pretty high,reaching 87.8% and 98.4%,respectively. Fly ash applied to the treatment of direct violet-N dyeing wastewater is characterized by low cost and resource-saving,reaching the target of treating the wastes with wastes.
