摘要: 研究了各种粉煤灰改性方法对电厂脱硫废水中Cl-的去除效果,发现采用粉煤灰和氧化钙混合焙烧得到的改性粉煤灰效果最佳。结果表明,在改性粉煤灰投加质量浓度为10 g/L,吸附时间为2 h,振荡水温为40℃,Cl-初始质量浓度为15 g/L的条件下,改性粗灰和细灰对废水中Cl-的去除率分别达到了52.4%和50.1%。吸附符合Langmuir等温方程和准二级动力学模型,属于单分子层吸附,改性粗灰和细灰饱和吸附容量分别为370.37、322.58 mg/g,吸附过程较慢。

Abstract: The removing effect of various kinds of fly ash modification methods on Cl- from desulfurization wastewater of power plant has been investigated. It is found that the best fly ash modification method obtained is to calcine the mixed fly ash and calcium oxide. The results show that under the following conditions:modified fly ash dosage is 10 g/L,adsorption time 2 h,shaking water temperature 40℃,initial mass concentration of Cl- 15 g/L,the removing rates of Cl- from wastewater by using modified crude ash and fine ash reach 52.4% and 50.1%,respectively. The adsorption complies with Langmuir isotherms equation and pseudo-second-order kinetics model. It falls into single molecule adsorption. The maximum adsorption capacity of modified crude ash and fine ash are 370.37 mg/g and 322.58 mg/g,respectively. The adsorption process is rather slow.
