摘要：
为适应新的环保及节能减排要求、降低投资及运行成本,燃煤电厂水处理系统建设出现了一种新模式——"水岛"EPC建设模式.就当前常规建设模式的不足和"水岛"模式理念、特点、方案措施及经济效益等进行了阐述,工程实践证明:"水岛"EPC建设模式具有投资省、运行成本低、管理维护简便、环保效益良好等优点,较常规模式优势显著,备受各大发电集团青睐,正逐步推广实施.

Abstract:
In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction,and lowering investment and operation cost,a new construction mode which is called"Water Island" EPC has been established. The deficiencies of conventional constuction and the concept,characteristics,proposal measures and economic benefit of the"Water Island" EPC mode in coal-fired power plant are expounded. The engineering practice shows that "Water Island" EPC mode has the advantages of low running cost,easy management and maintenance, and good environment protection benefits. "Water Island" EPC mode is admired and praised by all the large-scale power groups,being popularized and implemented gradually.
