Co-combustion of coal and sludge technology and its engineering practice in coal-fired power plant

摘要:

燃煤耦合污泥燃烧具有减量化、无害化、资源化、清洁高效和处置彻底等特点,是一种投资小、建设周期短、运行成本低、能源综合利用效率高的污泥处置方法。通过锅炉着火性能、锅炉燃烧稳定性、锅炉燃烧效率、锅炉受热面磨损、制粉系统、锅炉烟气污染物排放指标以及粉煤灰品质等方面的研究分析,燃煤耦合污泥燃烧在技术上是可行的。经工程实践验证,具有重要的工程推广价值。

Abstract:

Co-combustion of coal and sludge technology has the characteristics of reduction, harmlessness, resource utilization, clean and high efficiency and thorough disposal. This sludge disposal method exhibits advantages with low investment, short construction period, low operation cost and high energy utilization. It is proved that co-combustion of coal and sludge technology is feasible through the analysis of boiler ignition performance, boiler combustion stability, boiler combustion efficiency, boiler heating surface wear, power plant pulverizing system, flue gas emission and fly ash quality. Co-combustion of coal and sludge technology has been verified by engineering practice and shows great prospects of engineering applications.
