化学混凝去除反渗透浓水结垢离子研究

摘要:

通过混凝实验对典型反渗透浓水中的Ca2+、Mg2+、Ba2+、Sr2+和总硅的去除进行了研究,探讨了浓盐水结垢离子的去除方法。结果表明,盐效应是化学混凝的重要影响因素;高pH有利于Ba2+和Sr2+沉淀;同时,在镁硅比较低的情况下(镁硅比为1:1),提高pH是发挥水体金属离子对硅吸附和沉淀作用的有效方法。化学混凝对反渗透浓水各结垢离子的去除可以达到浓水反渗透回用容许要求。

Abstract:

By coagulation experiments, the removal of Ca2+, Mg2+, Ba2+, Sr2+ and silica from typical RO concentrated water has been studied, and the methods for removing scale ions of concentrated brine have been discussed. The results reveal that the salt effect plays an important role in coagulation process. High pH is good for Ba2+ and Sr2+ pre-cipitation. Meanwhile, when the m(MgO):m(SiO32-) is as low as 1:1, raising pH is an efficient method for promoting the silica adsorption and precipitation by metal ions of water body. The removing efficiency of various scale ions of RO concentrated water by chemical coagulation process can meet the admitted requirements for concentrated water RO reuse.
