EGSB-接触氧化法处理碎煤加压气化废水试验研究

Experimental study on the treatment of wastewater from crushed coal pressuring and gasification by EGSB-contact oxidation process

摘要:

采用膨胀颗粒污泥床(EGSB)-接触氧化工艺处理碎煤加压气化废水,考察了污染物的去除效果及关键工艺参数。结果表明:当EGSB水力停留时间为48 h时,其出水COD、总酚、挥发酚分别可达500~800、150~200、20~40 mg/L,去除效果较好。当接触氧化停留时间为64 h时,COD去除率达70%以上,总酚去除率为80%左右,挥发酚全部去除。接触氧化出水经臭氧氧化-好氧流化床处理后,出水主要指标可达到GB 8978—1996的一级标准要求。

Abstract:

Expanded granular sludge bed(EGSB)-contact oxidation process has been used for treating the wastewater from crushed coal pressuring and gasification. The removing efficacy of pollutants and its relevant parameters are investigated. Experimental results show that when the hydraulic retention time(HRT) of EGSB is 48 h, the effluent COD, total phenols, volatile phenols are 500-800, 150-200, 20-40 mg/L, respectively, indicating the removing efficacy is comparatively good. When the HRT of contact oxidation process is 64 h, COD removing rate can be above 70%, the removing rate of total phenols is around 80%, and volatile phenols can be removed completely. After contact oxidation effluent has been treated by ozone oxidation-aerobic fluidized bed, the main effluent parameters can meet the requirements of the first grade standard of GB 8978—1996.
