摘要:

对于大型油田企业来说,提高废水除油率,降低处理成本具有重要意义。通过分析加压溶气气浮法中气泡与絮粒的黏附形式,并依据气核-嵌合絮凝共气浮理论,设计了新型气核-嵌合絮凝设备。详细阐述了新型气核-嵌合絮凝设备的构造、工作流程及特点,通过油田中试验证了该设备的高效性和经济性,并对今后气核-嵌合絮凝技术及其设备的研究发展方向提出了建议。

Abstract:

It is meaningful for large-scale oilfield enterprises to improve their wastewater oil removing rate and reduce treatment costs. By way of analyzing the adhesive form of bubble and floc in pressured dissolved air flotation and based on the gas nucleus-embedded flocculation theory, the new type of gas nucleus-embedded flocculation device has been designed. Its structure, working process and main characteristics are expounded in detail. The efficiency and economy of this device has been verified by oilfield pilot-scale tests. In the end, proposals about future research directions of gas nucleus-embedded flocculation technology and device are brought forward.
