岛津离子色谱仪测定水中亚氯酸盐的方法

Method for the determination of chlorite in water by SHIMADZU ion chromatography

摘要:

基于岛津离子色谱仪和Shodex色谱柱,建立了一种测定水中ClO2-的方法。该方法在ClO2-质量浓度为0.20~2.00 mg/L范围内有良好的线性相关性,相关系数R2=0.999 9,最低检出质量浓度为0.013 mg/L,平均加标回收率为93.63%,平均相对标准偏差为0.52%,无显著性差异。该测定方法具有较高的准确度和较好的精密度,可很好地测定饮用水中的ClO2-

Abstract:

A method for the determination of ClO2- in water by SHIMADZU ion chromatography and Shodex ion chromatographic column has been established. When ClO2- mass concentration is in range of 0.20-2.00 mg/L, the method has good linear dependence relation. The correlation coefficient R2 is 0.999 9, lowest detection limit 0.013 mg/L, average recovery rate 93.63% and average relative standard deviation 0.52%, without obvious difference. The method has high accuracy and good precision, being good for the detection of chlorite in drinking water.
