高铁酸钾去除二氯乙腈的试验研究

Experimental study on removal of dichloroacetonitrile by potassium ferrate

摘要:

采用高铁酸钾降解饮用水中的二氯乙腈(DCAN),考察了反应时间、高铁酸钾投加量、温度和pH对DCAN降解速率的影响。结果表明,当高铁酸钾投加量恒定时,DCAN去除率随时间延长而增加,反应30 min后DCAN去除率基本保持不变。DCAN初始质量浓度不变时加入高铁酸钾,DCAN去除率随高铁酸钾用量的增加而增大。pH对高铁酸钾去除DCAN效果的影响较大,pH为6.5时效果最好。升高温度能一定程度上促进高铁酸钾与DCAN的氧化还原反应。高铁酸钾去除DCAN符合一级反应动力学规律。

Abstract:

Potassium ferrate is used to degrade the dichloroacetonitrile(DCAN) in drinking water. The effects of reaction time, potassium ferrate dosage, temperature and pH on the degradation rate of dichloroacetonitrile(DCAN) are investigated. The results show that when the dosage of potassium ferrate is constant, the removal rate of DCAN increases with the extension of time, and the removal rate of DCAN is basically stable after 30 min of reaction. Under the condition of certain initial mass concentration of DCAN, the removal effect of DCAN can be improved by increasing the dosage of potassium ferrate. The effect of pH on the removal of DCAN by potassium ferrate is significant, and the optimum effect is at pH 6.5. The increase in temperature can promote the redox reaction of potassium ferrate and DCAN to some extent.The removal of DCAN by potassium ferrate is suitable for the first-order reaction kinetics.
