摘要:

介绍了某发电厂锅炉补给水处理系统中超滤、反渗透和离子交换工艺设计参数,阐述了各设备的运行状况,分析了运行参数存在的问题,计算了整个系统的运行能耗。结果表明,整套系统运行稳定,由于存在反渗透的预脱盐,离子交换器周期制水量大幅增加,保障了锅炉用水的水质和水量。

Abstract:

Parameters of the process design of ultrafiltration,reverse osmosis and ion exchange in the boiler feed water treatment system are introduced. The operation status of each equipment is described. The operating parameters which are in doubt are analyzed. Energy consumption of the whole system is calculated. The result shows that the whole system runs stably. Since there has been pre-desalination of reverse osmosis,the period water output of the ion exchanger increases sharply,which guarantees the quality and quantity of the water used for boilers.
