摘要:

机械加工行业排放含乳化液的废水一直是污水处理难题,台州机械加工企业众多,数量较多的小型机械加工企业较多采用老旧的传统工艺对乳化液废水进行处理,出水中油类含量经常达不到相应的排放标准,迫切需要进行工艺改造。笔者拟通过设置一体化超声波气振装置和改造生化池等对小型乳化液废水处理工艺进行改造设计过程中尽可能依托原有设备,从而达到经济效益和环境效益的双赢。

Abstract:

The big problem with wastewater treatment is that the wastewater discharged from mechanical processing enterprises contains emulsion. There are lots of mechanical processing enterprises in Taizhou. Quite a number of small-scale mechanical processing enterprises have been using traditionally old process for treating wastewater containing emulsion. The oil content in the effluent could not reach the corresponding discharge standard. Therefore, process renovation has been needed urgently and is to be done. Through establishing an integrated ultraviolet vibration device and renovating the biochemical pool, the original equipment has been made use of as much as possible in the design process.
