摘要:

在机械电子加工企业密集的江苏某地区,开展了废乳化液来源、水量、水质的调研分析。研究发现,废乳化液来源多样,命名繁杂,尚未统一。水量上,该地区小型机械电子加工企业数量较多,污染源分散,大型企业产废量占主导,呈现两极分化特征。水质上,废乳化液污染物浓度高且差异大,乳化结构稳定。

Abstract:

The source, quantity and quality of waste emulsions were investigated in a dense area of mechanical and electronic processing industry in Jiangsu province. The results indicated that the waste emulsion produced from metalworking process were diverse, and were named complicatedly and not unified. There were a large number of small mechanical and electronic processing enterprises in this area and it showed great scattered. While, waste emulsion produced from several large mechanical and electronic processing enterprises dominated the wastewater amount in this area. In terms of water quality, the waste emulsions had the characteristics of high and great difference in pollutant concentration, and emulsification structure were stable.
