摘要:
基于电磁超声预催化Fenton技术在天津某综合工业园区污水处理厂的工程应用,开展了四种关键工艺参数(过氧化氢、硫酸亚铁、硫酸和氢氧化钠的投加量)的关联性特征研究。分别开展了参数年度特征分布,参数间的相关性分析,以及COD去除与参数之间的定量关系评估。研究结果表明:硫酸亚铁、过氧化氢及氢氧化钠三者投加量相关性较高;在一定范围内,有机物去除量随过氧化氢和硫酸亚铁增加而线性增加,其线性相关度在0.9以上。

Abstract:
The magnetization and ultrasound pre-treatment followed by Fenton catalytic oxidation technology was applied in wastewater treatment in a sewage treatment plant of a comprehensive industrial park Tianjin. The relevant characteristics of four key wastewater treatment parameters(including dosage of hydrogen peroxide, ferrous sulphate, sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide) were studied. The characteristic of annual distribution of parameters, correlation relationship and quantitative relationship between amount of COD removal were analysed and evaluated. The results showed that there existed high linear correlation relationship among dosage of ferrous sulphate, hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide. The COD removal increased linearly with increase of hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulphate within a certain range, and the adjusted correlation coefficient(R2) was above 0.9.
