钢厂高浓度酸洗废水处理工程改造实例

Reconstruction of the highly concentrated acid washing wastewater treatment project at a steel product factory

摘要:

对某钢材厂原酸洗废水处理工艺存在的运行费用过高和亚铁转化不彻底等问题进行了分析,提出了两级中和/曝气氧化的改进工艺。运行实践表明,改造后出水水质优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准,并实现了出水全部回用作厂区冲洗水。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of existing problems,such as high operational cost,difficult separation of sedimentary in the original acid washing wastewater treatment process,etc.at a steel product factory,a modified process of two-stage counteract/aeration oxidation has been put forward.The operation practice indicates that the effluent quality is superior to the first class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996),and all of the effluent is reused as washing water in the factory
