Research on applying MBR to treat the acid pickling wastewater for boilers in the power plant

摘要:

应用膜生物反应器处理锅炉酸洗废水可以达到减低CODCr并使之达标排放的目的。其最佳的操作条件是停留时间8h,12h连续进料,闲置12h,进料时12h连续曝气,pH在6~8,水温20℃,DO为2mg/L左右,污泥质量浓度约为1g/L,污泥沉降比为10%。CODCr去除率为88.50%左右,TOC去除率为85.60%左右。

Abstract:

In order to remove CODCr and meet drainage criterion of the wastewater, the membrane bioreactor is used for treating the acid pickling wastewater for boilers in the power plant. The best operation conditions are proved in this experiment: 8 h of the hydraulic retention time, DO about 2 mg/L, pH6-8, temperature 20 ℃, mixed-liquor suspended solid 1 g/L, settled volume ofsludge 10%,12 h continuingfeed-in and continuingforcingair. CODremoval efficiency is about 88.50% and TOC removal rate is about 85.60%.
