摘要：

在高速线材的生产过程中,液压油、润滑油等会漏入浊环水系统,产生油泥和微生物繁殖等问题,引起水质恶化,严重时造成供水管线及喷淋系统堵塞,影响生产装置的正常运行。通过对高速线材热轧浊环水系统产生故障的原因分析,提出了相应的化学处理方案,经现场应用后证明,出水悬浮物<5 mg/L、油<3 mg/L,优于供水水质标准。

Abstract:

In the course of high speed wire production,hydraulic pressure oil,lubricant,etc.may leak into turbid circulating water systems.Problems like grease filth,microbial reproduction,etc.come into being,resulting in the decline of water quality,leading to blockage in water supply pipelines and water spray systems,and affecting the normal operation of productive equipment,when problems get serious.Based on the cause analysis of failures happened to the hot rolling turbid circulating system in high speed wire production,corresponding chemical treatment project has been brought forward and was applied on site.The effluent SS is 5 mg/L and oil 3 mg/L,which is better than the quality standard of water supply
